• Estimation of a property:offered by the agency
• Garage, petit local, parking : 8 % VAT of the sale price
• From 0 to 99 000 € : forfait de 7 % VAT of the sale price
• From 100 000 € to 299 999 € : 6% VAT of the sale price
• From 300 000 € to 599 999 € : 5,5 % VAT of the sale price
• > 600 000 € : 5% VAT of the sale price

Rental management fees

• Weekly vacation rental, fees from 18 to 24%TTC

• You are a provider of business, the agency commission may be reduced to 18% VAT.
