Located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator, you can enjoy its south-east-facing balcony for your breakfasts or evenings.

The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 and TV, and a dining table for 4. A bedroom for 2 with a 160×190 double bed.

A shared shower room and separate toilet are also available.

For parking, there’s a private outdoor parking lot at the bottom of the building.
