The first floor houses a spacious living area, with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a cosy lounge with fireplace. From this magnificent living space, you can enjoy a spacious balcony with a direct panoramic view of the Les Perrières ski slopes, guaranteeing unforgettable moments in the heart of the mountains.

For moments of relaxation with family or friends, the Clos Saint Jean chalet has a relaxation area with a steam room and sauna, a games room with pool table, darts and children’s games, as well as a cinema room with 9 seats offering a wide range of streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal +…) and a games console (PlayStation 4). A large outdoor terrace with a 12-seater Jacuzzi, gas barbecue, lounge area and sun loungers is available for you to make the most of the chalet’s outdoor space.
