Reservation / Deposit
Once the rental quote accepted, a deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid within a week in case of reservation by phone or payable immediately via our secure website in case of online booking. We shall then send your contract detailing the deposit and balance remaining.
Booking / Balance due
The full amount of your stay and any additional options that you have chosen are due 28 days before the start of your stay or in the immediate future for last-minute bookings. In the event of a balance not paid in due time, the agency reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and thus to apply the conditions of cancellations envisaged in such a case and detailed below. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as you receive your reservation contract accompanied by an invoice for your deposit and your balance.
Our price list includes all taxes except for the tourist tax payable. Charges for water, electricity and heating are also included in the price for holiday rentals.
Modification / cancellation by the customer
Modification of stay
For all stay modification’s requests, the agency reserves the right on a case-by-case basis whether or not to accept changes in dates depending on availabilities.
In case of cancellation, we ask you to notify us by mail, the date of dispatch of the mail being taken as the date of cancellation. Please find below the rules that apply in case of cancellation:
- The deposit remains to the owner in case of a stay cancellation.
- The balance remains acquired in the event of cancellation 1 month before the arrival of the tenant.
The agency propose an optional cancellation insurance that allows you to recover the full amount paid to the agency in case of your stay cancellation. It will be proposed to you during your reservation. The cancellation conditions will be explained in the insurance documents.
For any refund made by the agency, their will be refunds excluding administrative fees.
Arrival and departure
You are welcome to collect your keys at the agency from 16h the on the day of your arrival. We ask you to leave the premises before 10am the day of your departure. An inventory will be made following your departure by our teams.
A deposit is required upon arrival at the agency. You have the option to pay by credit card, the amount not being debited, or by cheque. We return the deposit at the end of your stay after payment of the services ordered on the spot and deducting the indemnities retained for any damage or breakages in the property within a period of 7 days.
Refer to your booking contract to confirm if they are accepted by the owner or not. In case of acceptance, a supplement of 30 € will be asked if you bring your pet during your stay.
Interruption of stay
An early departure from the customer will not give rise to any refund.
The reservist has 48 hours after arrival to report in writing to the main contact of your reservation or [email protected] any dispute regarding the description, quality, cleanliness of the accommodation. After this period, the agency will not consider any claim relating to the previous points.
In case of disagreement the french version of these terms and conditions shall be used as the reference.
