Files management

Is it still possible to make a reservation for the winter season 2021 from your website or live?

Yes. Our various supports – our website, our standard and our mailboxes are always active. You can still make a reservation for this winter without any problem.

How can we contact you if we need to?

The Agency continues its activity but is closed to the public.

You can thus join us by e-mail or telephone during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Attention, in period of confinement, we are closed on Saturdays.

If I wish to subscribe to a linen, cleaning, ski pass option, can I make a request or do I have to wait?

Nothing changes in the management of your file. Thus, all the options proposed in our contracts are available. You can now take advantage of them and make a reservation.

Concerning the ‘special ski’ options – ski passes, ski lessons – our partners have adapted. You can order your ski passes and lessons when you make your reservation. You will then benefit from a 5% discount.

If I am reconfined in my area or limited by my travels, will I be reimbursed?

Yes, the agency takes care of the reimbursement of your vacation in case of government restrictions against the Covid-19, without the need to subscribe to our cancellation insurance.

Government restrictions giving right to a refund :

  • Total or partial containment of the country concerning your place of residence.
  • Travel restrictions that prevent you from entering the resort.
  • Total closure of the resort of Les Gets and the ski lifts.
  • Non-essential travel bans due to Covid-19.
If I am sick/contact Covid – 19, will I be reimbursed?

The agency does not take in charge the reimbursement of your vacation due to illness or contact case of covid-19. To be assured of a refund in these cases, you will have to subscribe to our cancellation insurance. The conditions and the subscription form of our insurance are attached at the time of the sending of your rental contract, by e-mail.

I live abroad and come on vacation to your home, am I subject to government restrictions in your country or mine?

Foreign holidaymakers are subject to the same cancellation conditions as holidaymakers from France. Foreign vacationers are subject to French government restrictions.

  • Border closure by the French government due to COVID 19.
I am eligible for a refund of my rental for one of the reasons listed above, what is the procedure?

Any request for cancellation must be notified in writing and no later than 5 days from the government decision taken by the country of origin. In case of cancellation, the administrative fees, the amount of the cancellation insurance (if membership is taken out) and all flat-rate charges and services consumed will be due to La Centrale Agency.
