Overview

• This modern and comfortable apartment is located in La Turche on the ground floor of a recent building.
• Located in a beautiful residence, this apartment is spacious and well appointed. It opens onto an entrance hall with a bathroom and WC on one side, and a laundry room on the other.
• The hallway leads to a large living room, consisting of an open fitted kitchen currently being renovated to a dining room and a large living room. Furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, it has a flat-screen TV with French TNT channels, UK Freesat channels and a DVD player. The large window in the living room opens onto a terrace and a garden from which it is possible to see the neighboring ski slopes. Garden furniture is provided for summer rentals.
• The living room leads to three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, its own shower room and WC. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share the family bathroom.
• The apartment is rented with a ski locker as well as a parking space in the basement of the residence. There is also outdoor parking in front of the residence.
